Dynasty Rookie Draft - trade

Would you trade Courtland Sutton for the 4th overall pick in a dynasty draft?

He is my #3 WR behind Ja'Marr and CeeDee Lamb and I need to try to get some younger RBs as I have Zeke Elliott and Dalvin Cook and then a bunch of scrubs.
I also have the 1.07 pick where my plan would be to take the best available WR.
The thought process would be that hopefully Ken Walker III falls a spot, but if not James Cook or Dameon Pierce is there also.

I would not take James Cook or Dameon Pierce at 1.04 of a rookie draft. Trade up or down if you don't want Wilson/Burks/Jameson/Olave
