If for some reason it really is bad and there are 20-30 mph winds, 1) there won't be many XPs kicked and 2) since they moved the XP back, it will be difficult to make them.

Is Saints D a good start this week? I know Tampa scored a lot in week 1, but a lot has changed since then.

I'm starting Saints D. Double digit points the last 3 weeks and TB is like 26th in fantasy points allowed to opposing defenses. Plenty of oppurtunity for sacks and turnovers.
