Is Tarik Cohen worth an IR stash?

RB depth options off waivers/FA in my 12 team PPR league are pathetic. I usually load up on RB but took some value picks at WR and QB earlier than normal, which leaves me with:
Aaron Jones + AJ Dillon
Joe Mixon
Damien Harris
Barring injuries, the only guy I see that can make an impact that isn’t dependent on somebody getting hurt would be Cohen. I understand the Bears offense is abysmal, but can Cohen be a difference maker? Will Nagy even use him when he comes back? Also, Nagy sucks

I drafted Gus Bus in both leagues so I’ve also had a huge void at RB2. I really like this stash idea, just scooped Cohen for my IR spot in my main league where I’m starting Pollard at RB2
