re: Lets talk about the TE room

Goedert seems like he disappears because he has a rushing QB with AJB, Smith and Saquon in the offense. Just not enough volume to go around consistently. He scored 13 tds this season, including the playoffs. He would be a beautiful addition to the team imo.

That’s not even an argument worth retorting. A good QB and a good HC are like a marriage, they need each other. It’s not like Ben Johnson is going to leave for another HC gig. He’s going to be Caleb’s coach for a while, him saying Caleb only did well because of his coach is basically conceding he’s going to be great for another 10 years.

He tore his ACL and went off the rails. He’s going to be 2 seasons removed from the injury. He’s going to be motivated to get his next contract, I’m not arguing he’s the brightest bulb on the ceiling but he’s a hell of a player when he is playing and I would gladly give him a 1 or 2 year deal. He is a 1300 yard receiver, give him to Shough, and it would be a pretty sight.

Goedert is a beast. Not too old.

Someone is going to be very happy they took a chance on Aiyuk this offseason. Hopefully it is us.
re: Do you blame Trevor or was it just a great play by White?

Great play because the refs allowed White to hold Meyers down with no penalty flag. Watch it again from the back angle and tell me that’s not a PI.

Yeah as good of a game as Nickeil Robey Coleman had vs the Saints. When they let you get away with a clear PI, it’s a great play.

If yall don’t see Tre Whites right arm gripping and holding Meyers down and using his body as leverage to get higher then you’re blind.

Nah, that was a good challenge. Didn’t stop them but had an opportunity.

When he initiates the slide, he is giving himself up. He’s a full yard short of the first down.

Caleb Williams would have dove forward right there.

Caleb is them. Eventually they will have no choice but to accept it.

31 points and a W matters more than your completion percentage. Caleb is your daddy.

He was perfect in the 4th Q and played the position as well as it is possible to play. Haters will hate regardless but he is a stud and just won his first playoff game in his 2nd season and 1st year with Ben Johnson.

Yeah, he said he was doing pretty well in the chemical engineering realm if I recall correctly. Had to bring my boss over, “this guy was a pro bowler in the NFL!” Lol

I met Russell Shepard at the bar I used to work at within the last year. Didn’t really recognize him but read his card and asked him “are you THE Russell Shepard?” He laughed and said “I don’t know about THE but yes.” Really humble and cool dude. Loved that guy when I was a youngin and only cared about LSU football.

Comparing Vance’s private citizen status to Trump’s is just disingenuous. One was a literal nobody 10 years ago, the other has been one a celebrity billionaire for the last 40 years.

I think the lady is an absolute retard, was playing stupid games and won her stupid rewards. But I also think it’s pretty clear she was fleeing, which put the officer in danger. But once he side stepped out of the path of the vehicle, she became a fleeing suspect. You don’t shoot a fleeing suspect, from the position he shot her, he was no longer in danger. It’s the absolute perfect divisive video because either side can interpret it how their emotions tell them to. This has been a long time coming though, everyone knew violence between the ICE agents and rioters was bubbling its way to the surface.

frick JD Vance. Trojan horse. Private citizen, to US Senator, to VP in less than 10 years and no one questions who thrust him into that position. He owes a lot of people some mighty big favors.

I also thought it was a bad look for him to be on a Pizza Hut commercial.
