Keeper Help: Derick Henry or Kyler Murray

I drafted Derrick Henry in the 1st round and Kyler Murray in the 7th round last year so I will lose my pick in the round I picked my keeper.

What number pick do you have?
If you’re drafting towards the end of the first, then keep Henry

I would keep Murray. Henry is a warrior, but 300 touches a year will take a toll. History shows that after consecutive 300 touch years, the drop off begins in year three. Murray should be on top for a long time, well worth a seventh round pick.

Murray better value here. Even if Henry doesn’t break down a bit this year I’d rather have Murray and whoever you draft in Rd 1 over DH and whoever you draft in rd 7.
