Keeper help. 2nd overall pick. 12 Team PPR

I have the option to keep Breece Hall in the 3rd, or Zay Flowers in the 7th.
I'm thinking Breece Hall in the 3rd.
If I go that route, do you take Bijan at 1.02? Or go Ceedee or Tyreek?
If you go Bijan, that leaves your #1 WR in the D. Adams, Olave, Pittman Range.
If you go WR, that leaves your #2 RB in the Alvin Kamara, James Cook, Joe Mixon Range.

Gotta agree with everyone else - definitely Hall in the 3rd. Then take whoever you like better at 1.02 between Hill and Lamb.
