I’m in a keeper league where you can only keep up to 3 players. Anyone you keep this year cannot be kept next year. In other words, a player can only be kept out of the draft for 1 year. Anybody you keep is costs the draft pick in the same round this year as they were picked last year. You can only keep 3 players if at least one was a rookie last year.

I’ve got the following ones whom I am considering and would like people’s thoughts:

George Pickens: 9th round
Rachaad White: 10th round
Geno Smith: 15th round
Jameson Williams: 11th round
Treylon Burks: 10th round
Khalil Herbert: 11th round

My initial thoughts are White, Pickens, and Herbert. I will admit I’m struggling with it though. This is a 12 team league with a .5 PPR. Thoughts?

I mean considering your options White is a lock. I would probably stick with Herbert bc he looked good today. The third is who you like better out of Burks and Pickens. I would probably lean Burk/ but could argue either. No logical reason to keep JW. Can make an argument for Geno but if you end up drafting a better qb then that is basically a wasted keeper.

Thanks. If you could keep people for multiple years, then Jameson makes more sense as he probably has the highest ceiling of those WR. With him being suspended to start the year though, he’s off the table.

After I posted this, I started thinking about it more and am leaning to Burks now for the simple reason he is a 10th round pick as is White. That will push one of those to my 11th round pick which Herbert also is so he becomes a 12th round pick. Given there is not a huge difference between Pickens and Burks, I’d rather take the one who effectively costs me a 12th vs a 9th.
