Mike Williams or Tee Higgins at Flex?

We start 2 RB/3 WR/2 FLEX. It's non-PPR. I lost Gaskin yesterday to COVID, so it's either Mike Williams or Tee Higgins at FLEX (my other FLEX is Gurley). What say you?

Atlanta is giving up league high plays of 20+ yards to WRs. If you’re gonna ever play Williams it seems like this is the week
