Hey Gyno,

In QB purgatory and need some advice, choices are:
Winston @ BAL
Carr @ CIN (currently starting him due to matchup/recent play but not feeling good about it)
FA options are Mayfield, Allen, Eli, Mariota, Keenum

Feeling Mayfield may be my safest play with how Denver D has been giving up the yards to QB's and down 2 CB's. Thoughts?

PPR
Pick a WR and a Flex

Jarvis @ DEN
J Gordon @ PIT
E Ebron vs DAL
J Samuels vs NE

Would you stick with DEN D/ST vs CLE or pick up ATL D/ST vs ARI or DET D/ST @ BUF?

TIA

@EagleEye99

I don't like Winston at all this week. BAL D is nasty and could end up in a bad day or worse day if he gets benched.

I'd rank Mayfield then Allen above Carr just because I don't trust the Raiders.
Mayfield because of the DEN pass yards like you said and he is hot. But the pass rush worries me a tad.
Allen because of the rushing floor. Probably no Shady and Ivory means he should get even more work on the ground to keep his floor up.

McGuire vs HOU
Jaylen samuels vs NE
Jalen Richard vs CIN

Flex spot, 0.5 PPR

I could start McGuire today with the limited upside he offers, or roll the dice Conner sits and I could plug Richard in if Conner plays. What y’all think? I have a nice start to the matchup since my opponent had Tyreek/Keenan Allen on Thursday. I’m leaning waiting until Sunday then picking between Richard and Samuels

I’d wait

Texans have smothered opposing RBs on the ground. May get some receptions but Trenton cannon has been a receiving RB as well. The upside isn’t there to force your hand

Thanks guys

@FatClemanza. I'd probably go Landry at WR and Ebron in the Flex. Feeling that both should see a lot of volume this week. I like Detroit DST out of your options

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Dede Westbrook has established a strong rapport with QB Cody Kessler and hasn't disappointed against team with weaker slot coverage. That makes him a strong bet to stay hot on Sunday with Redskins CB Greg Stroman now forced to play inside.

Can he do it again?

New England Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski is the healthiest he's been all season and is coming off arguably his best game of the season. That bodes well for the matchup he typically owns against Pittsburgh, especially given he's likely to see rookie S Terrell Edmunds most often in coverage. in six previous regular-season games against the Steelers, Gronkowksi has amassed 664 yards and 8 TDs.

Minnesota Vikings WRs Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs should be in line for equally big games on Sunday. The Dolphins will be without CB Xavien Howard (knee) again and have also been ripped in teh slot. Patriots WRs Julian Edelman and Josh Gordon had their way with MIami's secondary inside and outside in Week 14. New Vikings OC Kevin Stefanski is expected to get the go-to guys involved early and often.

Joku has 35 or fewer receiving yards in four of his past six games and is averaging just 4.2 targets per game over the five games since the coaching shakeup in Cleveland.

I don’t have a problem gambling on thomas and those 11 targets he saw last week
