Assuming that is David Johnson and not Duke Johnson, and then you also didn’t post scoring structure...

I’d start Ware over Mixon.

You could bench Mixon or David Johnson for Ware, really, but the Denver run D has been stout and Mixon has been non-productive.

He's RB12 in .5 PPR even though he missed 2 games and scored 19 points last week without scoring a TD.
