Hibachi - Shoguns (NW SA). It's whole in the wallish, but I think it taste better than any hibachi in BR.
Tex Mex - Mi Tierra's is ok near the river walk.
Chain - Salt Grass and Texas Land & Cattle are decent for chains.
Low brow chain - Jim's and Taco Cabana.
The Ruth's Chris near the airport is better than the BR Chris IMO.

I'm not up on jurisdictional and venue issues when it comes to stuff that happened overseas. I personally don't see someone being held liable for the actions of a government they defected from.

You can sue someone (the defendant) in the jurisdiction in which they reside.
