Trade Proposal for C McCaffrey

My buddy for past 2 weeks keeps offering me DJ Moore and Jerome Ford for Christian McCaffrey. I don't care about value and what roto trade says.
He is on IR and it's unknown when he will be back. What say you on this trade?

Value is relative. Do you need a receiver? Do you need a runningback?
I own Mason and had someone offer me CMC for Rashee and Brob last week, I lol’d at that offer. Honestly, with the news today that CMC is going to Germany for treatment and the speculation that he MAY be back by week 10 at the earliest, I wouldn’t trade Brob for him straight up.
If I were you I’d try to get other trade offers from around the league, I’d probably just hold onto CMC rather than trade him for Moore or Ford, but neither of those guys would play for my team anyway.

It’s becoming increasingly obvious CMC won’t play this year and his career might be over. Going to Germany to see a specialist about his Achilles injury is not a good sign.

Lebron James went to Germany for Achilles because he is a specialist. You are speculating on the depth of the CMC injury. This guy is supposed to be the best.
