I was born in 1987, I have never balanced a check book.
I used to write checks for rent and then my mortgage in the 2010’s.
We probably have to write a check a couple times a year now, but it’s definitely not a regular occurrence.

In theory I would prefer to take Mondays off, in practice I have the ability to work 4/10’s and I always take Friday off. My wife doesn’t work on Fridays, so we’re both off if I take Friday off.

Now if you do Disney without kids? I don’t have an answer there at all. My wife and I actually enjoyed the trip a lot more than we thought we would, but also said multiple times that there was no way we’d do it without kids.

I think it’s mostly the Bay Tower that is under construction. We had dinner at California Grill last week and I didn’t see any construction in the main tower.

ETA: double cheeseburger for $8.85 which is the same size as the Big Arch, and roughly the same price (the Big Arch at my local McDonalds is listed at $8.19).
