Can you farkers please help me?

I coach high school offensive linemen and I was wondering if yall could help me out. I suck at computers, and know that yall do awesome work. As a motivational type deal I'm having a "Pancaker of the Week" award each week for two linemen. One will be for most pancakes during that week's practice and the other will be most pancakes for that Friday night game. I will treat them both to IHOP that Saturday morning.
Here's what I need. Can you make a "IHOP Pancaker of the Week" type certificate for me. It needs to have Practice on one side and Game on one side with room for a picture of their face. I know it's not much to go by but I know how creative yall are. I would really appreciate it.

Thanks NC, but I'm going to need a place for two pictures. One for the "Practice Pancaker of the Week" and one for the "Game Pancaker of the Week". Not to be picky but could you purple and gold (like LSU) it up a bit. That's our school's colors.
