i worked plenty of jobs as a poor high school and college student. i just didn't find restaurant work appealing. my friends that worked in restaurants loved it, for the most part.

I think I was the only guy at my place that didn't smoke weed. I always noticed that most of the kitchen and half of the wait staff disappeared from 10:00 p.m (closing time) until 10:15.
I figured it out one night taking out some garbage.
