Yes, unfortunately I've discovered this place. They also do a beautiful tres leches cake.

Best Tres Leches cake in town is actually on the other side of the interstate from them. Panaderia Las Delicias is a Salvadoran bakery next to El Magey, on Siegen once you drive across that little bridge. I'm not a huge fan of most of their pastries, but they make a great tres leches cake.
