I think some of you folks are a little anal rententive about this stuff as I am not sure how it has made it to five pages with all of this back and forth.
It is no secret that the Besh restaurant group suffered some in the last 12-24 months when the doubled their size. He probably moved a little too fast, but he had to take action when the stuff allowed for it. I know La Provance had some hiccups for a while and Luke still has service issue complaints, although that issue has died down some.
I am sure he has a great mgmt staff in place now and will plan accordingly for this new tv show. It seems like a win win for him and the city to be doing this kind of stuff. I have heard nothing but good about the person he is and how he works. Good for Besh.

We were arguing because of a miscommunication, but it is news to me that the Besh group suffered in the last 12-24 mos. The first thing I ever heard about Luke was related to service issues, but that was like 2+ years ago.

You can expand it to food issues, that wasn't really the point. I digress, I'm not knighting for Besh here.
