This. And not just because I'm a Bama homer. I actually think the quality of ribs at Dreamland could be a little better and that Archibalds has better BBQ than Dreamland (in Tuscaloosa). But as far as sauce goes, Dreamland is tough to beat, and I Usu prefer something hotter when I'm eating locally.

Someone once posted on here that Jay's sauce was actually Blue Plate.
I believe Jay's sauce is actually Cajun Chef. Only available wholesale.

I'm probably in the minority, but I don't like BBQ sauce... They only kind I like is the vinegar type on pulled pork... The ketchupy based ones are gross, but I also don't like ketchup...

That was me that posted about Blue Plate being Jays. It is and it's cut with water and vinegar. It's not a bad deal for a gallon. Good stuff.

BBQ place in Charleston. Good on pork and ribs.

I like to mix Stubb's Spicy with Sweet Baby Ray's.
Although im not always in the mood for a sweet bbq sauce.
I also like the Stubbs Moppin Sauce for chicken. Its like a vinegar based bbq sauce.
