Some great dishes I've had at 9 Dragon Noodle House:

Amazing Chicken, Dry Fried Spicy Beef, Singapore Chicken, Double-cooked pork, Stewed pork with salted vegetables, sauteed pig liver, orange chicken, chili chicken, shredded pork w/ chili, chow fen, crab with ginger and scallions, Mongolian beef. I also think they have the best hot-and-sour soup in town. My daughter enjoys their takoyaki (octopus balls). Their fried rice is very good as well.

I was going over there in the 80s when it was still called Nankin and you were likely in elementary school. It was quite good. I haven't been in years. Last time I went, it was fine.

PF Chang. Meh.

Right? I have not had anything I dislike there, and I probably ordered ten or twelve different things.

Nine Dragon (by Mellow Mushroom) is where my family has been getting takeout from regularly for few years now. Great food and consistent taste. Go to dish is the Singapore Chicken (ask them to make it spicy).....it's heaven.

Aw man, I like 9 Dragon Noodle House, but I dislike their Pad Thai compared to Rama/Thai Kitchen. Their hot and sour soup, however, is the best I've ever had by far.

I agree with others about Nine Dragon by Mellow. They're hands down my favorite takeout Chinese. Also, China 1 on Bluebonnet and Airline does a pretty good job.

The bomb arse cooks and order lady (and little kids doing homework) moved to Chinese Kitchen on Brightside about 4 years ago? Best General Tso in the city.

Foo Chow in Walker. It's about a 10 minute drive from Baton Rouge but well worth it. You won't be disappointed.
