I haven't heard that expression in ages. Thanks for the laugh!
We take for granted the things we see, hear and do everyday in S Louisiana.... Coullion!
It just means little friend. Negresse is girlfriend. (That's what I tell visitors who hear it in the song, Pine Grove Blues, anyway!)
Couillon, otoh, is something much more vulgar to someone from France and to some of the Quebecois.

They've got some stuff at Billy's that will give you a heart attack just by looking at it.

T-Neg is how we will refer to people from now on the food and drink board.

Billy's is my personal favorite Boudin. His Krotz Springs store is on the way to my hunting lease and I eat it far more than I should during hunting season. It's definitely a legit Acadaina boudin shop, unlike some of the tourist traps.

Out of curiosity who would this be?

Funny story, I was on the bridge in Grand Isle fishing with my son last summer. I told him "bring me some bait T-neg." He responded "hey, don't call me a n****r"
I wasn't sure if we were gonna make it out alive.

Love Billy's boudin, but not their boudin balls.

I thought they were pretty tasty. They didn't "look" like traditional boudin balls but they tasted really good.

Gald to see they are back on track they had fallen off for a good while. The best Hog Head Cheese in the state and it is not even close.
