I just stayed at Grand Beach Hotel last week with family and everyone liked it. It’s not south beach but I prefer the location to avoid traffic. Joe’s Stone Crab was great too. I’d skip marathon and go straight to KW

Broadmore/lafayette high (especially if you get into gifted) aren’t bad but I’d agree it’s dependent on whether or not you can afford private school
