We got invited to a block party this weekend.

I plan on asking the hostess what we can bring when I RSVP, and I'm leaning towards a macque choux, but I would love to hear suggestions for things that are tasty but also easy to throw together.

Just for fun, besides what you bring to eat why not sneak a bowl of condoms on the dessert table and sit back and watch the reactions. You might learn some tings about your neighbors you never knew.

Pork belly burnt ends
Smoked queso and chips
Pulled pork sliders

All will feed plenty, and are relatively simple to do with cooks that are not time intensive.

I did watch that Meat Church corn dip video the other day and want to try something like that out. I've done something similar in the crock pot, but this one looks fantastic.

Layer or Tamales, I use MIckey Browns
Layer of Chilli
Layer of Shredded Cheese

Bake till the cheesy starts to brown

Serve with Fritos or Totilla Chips.
