I tip $1-$2 per entree (or person ordered for) ordered on to go orders deepening on how much service was provided.

I got a bonito (throw back), one of the mahi and the big boy.
Being 100% honest, I did need reliever for a couple minutes. I fought him the longest and finished him off. He was mine!

Offshore out of Louisiana?
I wanted to go offshore out of Savannah last weekend. Too short notice, so we ended up shark fishing out of Hilton Head. Fun, but nothing to take home and didn't land a big one. 2 feet was the biggest. My son had a 3-4 foot bull shark almost to the boat and he got away.
