I genuinely do not understand anything about this list. The warriors haven’t been good in 5 years and are not close to seriously competing

re: Advice: Can We Afford This House?

You can easily afford that house. The obvious issue is your current situation basically allows you to make life changing saving/investments. You will not be able to continue if you make the move but you only live once and you are basically at the very top of situations for people your age

ETA I was in a very similar situation 4 years ago in north jersey. This board would have told me to not buy the $750K home which is now worth $1.2M  wherever you end up buying I would make sure it’s a rock solid investment area
The bears have had the luckiest season. They are going to regress hard next year

re: Indiana(-7.5) vs. Miami

Indiana just won a non-competitive game in which they weren’t challenged at any point and basically zero pressure.

Miami won a dogfight in which every step of the way they self-sabotaged but were clearly the better team the entire game.

Give me Miami 7.5
Miami plays a totally different game than Oregon. They may get blown out but I like their chances more after watching tonight.

Indiana is awesome but man Oregon has been another level of bad since literally the first play. I’m curious how high the line will get against Miami. If it gets anywhere above 7.5 I will be hammering the canes
To be fair Miami-Atlanta-Miami is a tall task for a fanbase on the west coast

Idk where this seven number is coming from, but he’s finishing his sixth year. Year 1 was COVID year, plus he took a normal redshirt at some point (21?).

Yeah like its very easy to see this is his 6th season, 2 of which he didn't play basically.

Also he is the exact same age as trinidad chambliss

The Hawks will now have $80M in cap space to use this offseason when Porzingis and CJ come off the books. That's why they made this trade.

The Hawks will have a ton of cap and that Pelicans pick. If it ends up being something really good they are in a tremendous spot.

You can argue they should have gotten more for Trae but moving on from him was the right decision for where they are at.

Trae is still a good player. The problem is he is simply not worth what he / his contract will demand. The nba has changed since he entered. He was always at a huge size disadvantage that has now been even further exacerbated.
Also you look at their recent playoff losses… the zay flowers fumble into the end zone, Marc Andrews dropped pass, missed FG this week… delusional organization that is complaining to complain.
These orgs that are used to winning just have no idea how bad it is out here with bad coaching  they will regret losing Harbaugh, he was a good fit for Lamar.

I think notre dame and Ohio state deserve an honorary national championship game for teams that would be favored over everyone else
I just want it on the record that notre dame would be favored over Miami
SEC losers coming in hot bc the acc#5 team is going to win it all
FSU dog walked bama. Miami dog walked Ohio. GTFOH
Notre dame would be favored over Miami!!! Never forget this bullshite people tried to spew
I am legit ready for me people to tell me how bad the acc is
We have hard all year about how awful the acc is. Makes you think
