I like it seared with nothing more than a little lump crab meat sautéed in butter with a single squirt of lemon juice. It’s outstanding on its own, and easily over powered by a big sauce.

Tchefunctes does there’s in a homemade ponzu sauce, and it’s the best version I’ve ever had.
