Cleaning a jambalaya pot

Made a big pastalaya last night and I’ve been dreading cleaning that big bastard all day.
But I have to admit that once I started I caught my self actually enjoying the process. Hopefully I remember that the next time I need to clean and re season it

Cleaning large jambalaya pots are therapeutic. Fill it up with water and let it sit 30 minutes. Dump it out and scrub.

I just wipe it out as best I can then scrub with salt. Vacuum that out and oil it a couple times.

I don’t even bother cleaning. All the leftover bits make a good fond
