Harsh, bro, harsh.
I'm told that I have a clown take and that I have no helpful posts. You don't expect me to respond?

How about breakfast sliders? Hawaiian rolls, breakfast sausage, egg, cheese.
Or breakfast burritos?
Enchiladas? Bulk Chorizo cooked and wrapped in a tortilla. Lay the enchiladas in a casserole dish. Top with a canned green chili sauce (or make some type of cream sauce yourself). Add cheese and bake.

I asked Grok:
Does the poster with the handle “sixthandbarone” on the website Tigerdroppings provide many helpful comments in the food and drink board of tigerdroppings?
The answer:
Yes, “SixthAndBarone”… is a very active and frequent contributor … and many of their comments are helpful and practical.
They regularly post and reply in threads about recipes, cooking techniques, ….
Their contributions often draw from personal experience, providing specific tips, measurements, adjustments, and advice that others engage with positively.
Examples of their activity and helpfulness:
• Recipes and scaling for crowds: In large-group threads (e.g., gumbo for 30–100 people or lent meals), they offer detailed calculations like roux ratios, rice amounts…
• Gumbo and Cajun/Creole tips: Frequent input on simmering times…
• Grilling and techniques: Started or contributed to threads on grilling pork loin, favorite grill items…
• Other practical advice: Wing sauce recipes/toss ideas… They respond directly to questions with quotes and clarifications.

Really? I provide many helpful comments on the post topics in many posts. You’re just wrong.

It’s remarkable how many bad takes you have. You’re saying a lazily thrown together RB&R in a crockpot is going to be the same as a carefully constructed RB&R that uses quality ingredients like smoked ham hocks and good sausage? Absolute clown take.
That’s not what I said at all, clown. I said:
quote:
Just cook them right and use whatever type of meat you like.
What part of “cook them right” makes you think that means “lazily thrown together”?
Your take is turkey legs yet you say I have the clown take?

Let's see how it works out. If done properly, it's nice to see our city improving. But they have to be done properly, which is no guarantee.

OTers are still building models and posting them on here to show off.
So, I would say Mahjong is ok.

They will be fine. They don’t have the type of citizens like New Orleans. Just imagine NO being hundreds of officers short….

Some things don’t really level up. Red beans and boiled crawfish come to mind.
It’s red beans. Literally rice and beans.
Just cook them right and use whatever type of meat you like. Same with crawfish. Cook it right and use the seasoning you like.

South Beach Miami and Key West. French Quarter vibes, sort of.
