Mayo is #1.

So much you can do with it, other than just putting it on a burger or sandwich as it is. It’s a good base to start with.

Make an aioli, add garlic, horseradish, hot sauce, whatever you like.

I used to like catsup, mow the ridiculously high sugar content it's more like syrup than a condiment. But I do like, in no particular order:

Trader Joe's green dragon, addicting
Mayo & Siracha mixed
Creole mustard
Yellow mustard
Tarter sauce
A lot of the Tabascos

A) It's ketchup now, boomer. No need to church it up.

B) They sell no sugar added ketchup in the regular grocery store.
