Did Goose Island and other breweries in that same area a couple of years back.
Would like to try some different ones in another area coming up - going for Cubs opening day which is Thursday and there is a day off Friday before the next game on Saturday. Any suggestions?
Late adder - wife likes sours if there are any places that might feature some of those.

Hop Butcher is great if you’re an IPA person. Not far from Wrigley and several other breweries.

Begyle and Dovetail aren't far from there and only a block apart... Dovetail focuses on European styles. Demo Brewing is right by there (less than a block) but I never went there.
They are all between Wrigley and Hop Butcher in the same direction... which is also a good spot.

Alulu in the Pilsen neighborhood. Small-batch craft beers with a decent food menu. We had the lumpia, fried beer cheese curds, and burger which was delicious. Lots of board games and indoor seating. It was cold when we visited, but there's an outdoor area as well. I'd make a special trip just to go there if I was in Chicago.
