The Dakota is a real nice spot. The Chimes for oysters and alligator/ scenery/ drinks.
I know the Sous Chef at Gallaghers and both locations are pretty top notch.

Young’s in Madisonville has gotta be the best steakhouse on the north shore. Really great place.

Tried it for the first time today and it was excellent. The bourbon daiquiris on tap were also excellent. How is "PYRE" correctly pronounced?

You’ve got to be kidding. Place is absolute garbage compared to gallagers. We had two mediocre meals there and went recently for a friends birthday. Very disappointed. Crab cakes were tiny and flavorless, steak ordered medium rare was cooked correctly but cold on outside, tough, and also flavorless.
