Egg McMuffin by a mile!
You that are talking about the "health" side of it must eat yogurt and granola.
an egg, a piece of ham and an english muffin are not a problem. The cheese is another story, but I'm betting half of you will eat eggs, bacon and toast from time to time.

Apple Hubig Pie is #1
Anyone hear about the blueberry?
Oh, and McDonald's breakfast always makes me want to vomit not matter what I get. I would rather go hungry.

Both are disgusting. If I get breakfast there, it has to be something egg free.
Agree.
And if I eat non-breakfast items there, it must be cheese-free. (Not sure why I'm okay with it in the morning there). Their cheese doesn't melt and that freaks me out.

You do realize that the folded egg is just scrambled eggs from a powder and the egg from the McMuffin is an actual egg they break on a griddle?
