Awesome. I'm thinking of getting another one for Cafe Degas. I wanna get the $75 one! We'll take some friends to dinner and look like big spenders.

I am really starting to dabble in Indian cooking and cuisine. I have lived on the fringe, but I think I need to go into this head first. My taste buds have been starving for those great Eastern spice mixes.

same here. speaking of fringe/dabbling....i discovered the secret to turkey chili that actually has flavor. a teaspoon or two of garam masala. Tried it on a hunch, jackpot.

This thread will be very helpful for me because I've never had Indian food and plan on going soon.

my favorite saag paneer was at the bombay palace in houston off richmond ave near weslayan.

the chef there left and went to another hole-in-the-wall indian place on hillcroft somewhere south of westheimer so the last time i went to houston i went to that one instead.

good stuff.
