Dining with a big group of friends. Place runs out of Canebreak (best option). Operation sneak a brew in full effect. Hell with BMC.

The quality of your beers in the last 30 hours has been impressive.
You should drink a natty just to remember where you came from.
Eta:
Piety or HOTR?

Have had a couple tap room beers that borderline vinegar on the sour attempt.
Really? I haven't been to the taproom. But I've had a fair amount of CS and have never got any of that harsh acetic acid flavor. Seems like their beers are more funky than sour. Mostly just that distinct bretty CS house culture.
That would definitely turn me off. But I've enjoyed pretty much everything I've had from them. Of course, I have a deep affinity for their style of beers.

They worked out a temporary distribution license for the event -- once it passes, my understanding is the Jester King and Crooked Stave stuff will disappear. People have speculated that it's a test distro to see how the market responds. I've been told that's not the case. But we will see.
I've been told that JK is happening sometime in the near future. Too bad most of their best items don't get distro'd. But I like a lot of the distro'd stuff. And it wouldn't surprise me if there was more CS eventually.

Yeah, UT. I've been a few times and had a couple unpleasantly sour beers. I generally agree that they've been more Bretty sour and I like most of their beers. There was a couple beers that were overly sour In my opinion. I don't claim to be a sour expert, so maybe I'm just a pansy
I'll look up a couple and see if I can share examples. Overall, I think they generally bring some goodness to the table, especially in the fruited sour arena and some of the more "classic" sours.
ETA: UT - the 2 beers that stick out to me that were not good, were Progenitor Noir and Good Glory Sucker Punch. Both were taproom beers, and way overly sour (to my palate). I think it shows how some bad beers can really stick out. By no means am I downplaying them because I love a lot of their brews: nightmare on Brett, most origins, and dry hopped vielle. Also my untappd tells me I really loved blaber of love which I think was a blueberry sour.
