I don't know if it is Founders or Bells or some other... but one new brewery coming in is only going to DFW and Austin. Maybe

FBW! Is a Jester King El Cedro. I got a little excited and poured it faster than I should.

What a gorgeous day for a beer in the yard, but alas, I cannot partake at this moment. Too busy getting the baby's room ready, and will be driving south in a bit, but hopefully will be able to enjoy something delicious tonight.
Enjoy this glorious day fellas!

Don't know what I was expecting, but this is a very interesting beer. The cedar and piney hop in the nose is amazing. Makes me think I'm sitting out on a pine grove, or to an extent it smells like an air freshner in a port-o-john. That's a weird way to describe it, but I think the brett adds that to the nose. Bitter grass hits the taste buds first, then the brett smooths it out with ripe pineapple. I'm guessing I drank this one a little early. I'd like to see how it ages, but I'm drinking my only one.
