No joke, just got a text from Entergy about it. Hopefully I can get out and grab a few things in the morning.

R2R had me wanting to show him how to smoke a Boston butt.

I'd love for you to show me the proper way of regulating temp on a 7 hour smoke on a small Weber charcoal grill!

Are you serious? A man hates to admit that he is running out of wood, but I might need some tomorrow.

Okay, I hope it's better late to the party than not at all.

I am working the problem on how to make that. I have absolutely no idea how I am going to pull it off, but the wheels are turning.

FBD: Brooklyn BCS

Wasn't gonna have a beer tonight, but it looks like the next couple of nights will be long work nights for me.

Step 1, get a job where you can "liberate" a 4x8 sheet of 3/8 stainless.

Step 2, use company time to make a pit capable of doing what you described.

Step 3, use it.

Step 1a is probably talk shite online that I can't back up tomorrow.

I might do that. There is a possibility I could get some from another source, but if not, I will grab them. Thanks.

That smoker looks rad. That being said, i'd put my eastern carolina pulled pork up against anybodies. (Once i get my smoker back)

Tell me more, Jax. That's essentially a Black IPA?

You are correct, sir. This one was less black and more IPA. Even the color was more barleywinish, instead of black ink. If I had my eyes closed, I would say it was very refined IIIPA, but if you pay attention, there is a little of the roasted malts coming in at the end. Refined? This one is very smooth. The ABV content is double digits on this one, so they were only giving out 10 oz pours, which is perfect, for me.

I'm disappointed in most collaborations, but this one was excellent.

There is an attachment that turns it into a tailgate pit as well. Left before I had time to make the attachment that hooks into the receiver on the Jeep.
