Thank you for clarifying. You are absolutely correct. The 567 was a phenomenal deal.

And the onion rings were superb. Perfect accompaniment to one of the best burgers in town. And I don't care if it is a "chain."

Today, I believe the best burger in town also belongs to a chain. J. Alexanders.

I had a pretty bad experience at Sullivan's a few months ago. Both me and my FIL steaks were just bad

I generally like Sullivan's, although I haven't been since Leo is no longer the GM. It's been that many years.

Sullivan's has never been a prime steakhouse, although their pricing might suggest they are. Overall, it used to be a good experience for my family and me, mostly because of the service, however the food never disappointed us.

One of my favorite things to eat, when in season, are the stone crabs from Sullivan's. Expensive, but delicious.

It really is amazing. I have a Perry’s by my office and go to Friday lunch there once or twice a month for the pork chop.

I sit at the bar and it’s the same bartender every time. When my coworker and I walk in and sit down he’s putting in our order and it comes out in five minutes

Since Perry's isn't close to where I live, I have actually ordered their pork chop through their mail order service. While I can't quite replicate what they serve in their restaurant (even by following their directions), it is pretty damn close, and far better than anything else I could ever produce.

Of course this is the case. After all, J. Alexander’s is the best restaurant in BR. Chain or not.

I know you catch a lot of flak on here for having said that in the past. In terms of consistency, J. Alexander's certainly ranks up there for always putting out a high quality product.
