None whatsoever. The architect’s and contractor’s signs have been removed, as well the construction fencing and dumpster. Looks like the project is dead.

there could be a number of reasons the project is suspended, although I am familiar with the architecture firm involved and from my experience a significant delay and/or project killing design would not be surprising

don’t know anything about the contractor or the owner. But they got an excellent deal on the land and the building itself appeared to be in usable condition so who knows
