i went there for lunch today and it was surprisingly good. the hot dogs are large enough to warrant the price in my opinion. I got the situation (mac and cheese and bacon) and an order of cajun fries for about 8.50. it didnt leave me hungry or feeling so full i wanted to sleep. i just wish the bacon wasn't in strips and in smaller pieces like bacon bits.
its gotta patio outside that is brand new with heaters like at the bulldog and a TV to watch.
also there were a steady stream of customers coming in to check it out.
seeing as today was the first day he was open to the public, i got the feeling the workers still had a slight case of the "new business jitters" but the place defintely has potential.
ill go back in a few weeks and try out one of their specialty dogs (duck, alligator or venison sausage or boudin.)

the retard complaining about the pricing hasn't eaten there yet either so stfu until you do.
Sure, I am a retard. Can you even read? Maybe you are the special one. I said in just about every post that I hoped it was worth the price but $11.00 for a coke hotdog and fries seemed high, especially if the dog was small.
I also admitted since nobody had been yet, that ALL talk was pure speculation. 99% of this site is speculation and BS. That is the purpose of a forum.

You are a retard, Myth. You may put a disclaimer in each of your post (which i made reference to, so maybe you should lurn two reed), but that doesn't matter. Your posts were dominated by the assumption that they can't possibly be giving you your money's worth therefore $11 was too much.
Which from what I understand it's $8.50 anyway.
Regardless, if you feel $11 for a lunch is too expensive, then go grab your mcdonalds or your $5 footlong and be happy. Nobody's hating on you for that. Me, I'll spend $11 happily if the product is good and I'd rather give someone the benefit of the doubt before I say "oh there's just no way it's gonna be worth it".
