My go to is Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce. It's the GOAT of store bought pepper sauce IMO.

Looking for a good hot sauce available in grocery store that’s not Cajun chef, Louisiana or Tabasco...

Will be used for wings or just stirred in with some red or white beans.

Crystal. Great for wings. They actually make a wing sauce that is better than any sauce i've ever had. Good amount of heat and flavor.
I like Cholula for Mexican. Excellent flavor.
Sriracha is also always in my fridge.

Melinda's from Dallas has a large selection. The extra hot Habanero and the Green sauce are really good: LINK

You specifically said in grocery stores, so I'm jumping the shark here, but for my money on the mail order side I love everything Cutino Sauce Co. puts out. They do free shipping if you buy 4 bottles. Their Chipotle was on Hot Ones a few years ago that people loved (and I do too) but just their basic jalapeno and habanero are my two favorites.

These came in the other day and I sampled through them. I didn't think the classic was anything too special, but I liked the other two. They both had quite a bit of flavor, and the Last Dab wasn't prohibitively spicy.

This, however, is spawned from the depths of hell. Absolutely disgusting. Don't make the mistake of assuming because it's on a show about hot sauces that it's good. The flavor is actually terrible, and, you know, it's really hot.
