I flip mine to get a little char on both sides. Did a Bok Choy last night. After grilling it, chopped it up with a red onion (would prefer green onions) & seeded jalapeno and tossed it with EVOO, rice wine vinegar, sesame garlic sauce, couple squirts of hot sauce, & lime juice. I was out of fish sauce or I would have put in a teaspoon of that too.

Served it with a grilled pork tenderloin marinated in peppercorn & hoisin sauce.
