Easy 3 miles tonight. I’ve noticed recently if I do a warm up workout prior to a run session that the run session is way better. Meaning a 30-60 min low impact cardio session <145 HR, leads to a more productive threshold or better session later that same day.
Been doing double sessions recently and noticed this phenomenon.

Why stop there?
What we really shouldn’t have done is replaced the democratically elected leader with the unpopular Shah. Perhaps we could have just dealt with that gov’t instead of overthrowing it to lead to a theocracy which we’ve hated for the last 50 years.
Our ME policy has fricking sucked dick for the last 80 years. We should do the opposite of whatever the prevailing sentiment is and we’d be in better shape.

You did notice that earlier this year our president negotiated billions of dollars in investment from those some ‘adversaries’ right? One might say that it appears that we’ve paid them off…..

Jesus……. How much more money that we don’t have do we need to spend on our military? Didn’t we already take the budget to a trillion dollars? frick.

Pretty sure they had one in Trussville, AL just this week.

Everyone should experience a retail Jordan launch in an ‘urban’ setting one time in their lives. Just once is usually enough culture to last a while.

We are fricking serfs. Not sure how we ever allowed this to happen.

I know I’m waisting my time, but you understand that we are now committed to spend billions of dollars that we don’t have to kill people in a country most of us have never been to to eliminate a security threat to Israel right? And this was all decided by one man without a vote from Congress……
It was wrong when Clinton did it, Bush did it, Obama did it, and now Trump has done it. Here we are, trillions in debt and no safer than we were before all this started.

He articulated his position very well and expounded on regenerative farming. Very good interview as always. RFKjr is the best part of this admin and it’s not even close.

The War Eagle half is miserable…..
They found every hill in Auburn to run up and while Mic Ultra is a title sponsor, there’s no beer in Auburn on Sunday. I thought they were fricking kidding when I asked for one at the finish.
Any male with any sort of pulse should be out on the Lakeshore and Jemison Trails in the coming weeks. I slept in this AM and got out there late. Glad I did. The talent out there today was off the charts.
12 easy zone 2. 142HR and 10:30 pace. Statue to Statue 15k and Cookie Crusher 5k coming up in April.

Trump is just another neocon puppet and has cemented his legacy as GWB 3.

It doesn’t. Just like it didn’t in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Venezuela, Panama, etc, etc, etc.

Article 1 Section 8 of the United States Constitution grants the power to declare war to Congress. The executive has for years unilaterally gotten us into the foreign follies. The reason this power was given to Congress was to provide oversight and keep us out of shitshows like Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc, etc.
Why do you hate the Constitution ?

Well, this board was right about Trump. He can literally do anything. The MFer has made me agree with Talib and Omar, something I would have told you would be impossible.

You a broker?
I worked for a Transportation Mgt System software company. The brokerage world is one I couldn’t imagine living in: carrier qualifications, stealing loads, double brokering, etc, etc. It’s the wild Wild West.
