Apps: paquillo peppers, crispy pork belly. Always get the paquillo peppers, never disappoint. The pork belly was new to me. On top of a rutabaga purée with something(not sure what) pickled. Was very good.
Entrees: steak frites and braised beef cheeks. Steak had a chimi and fries garlic aoli. This was the winner of the night. Beef cheeks over creamy grits was obviously very rich. Could have used some acid for balance but still very good.
Service could have been a little more attentive, but nothing egregious.
Overall great meal. Will definitely keep in the rotation.

Good to hear, I believe Eric Sibley is the chef there now. He's quite talented. Going to have to make a visit there soon.

Was surprised no paella on the menu anymore. I can see where this is a low margin/high risk option, but they’ve had it previously.
There were some other options that really caught my eye. I let the waitress help me decide. Will be back to try more.

I consider Solera my secret weapon, if someone says that they want to try something really great that they haven't been to before, I send or take them to Solera.
