Had my first smoked turkey

And found out I like smoked brisket and pork much better.

Yup, I do n’t get the big deal with fried. It’s barely different tasting my than roasted. Not as good as smoked.

Just like brisket, not all smoked turkeys are equal. You might want to try a few more.

Reminds me a lady I know from Michigan. Any time I mention gumbo, she says she tried it once on a trip to New Orleans and didn’t care for it. I’ve tried to explain that is like saying you tasted one quarter-pounder and deciding you don’t care for hamburgers.
