I feel likes she lost some weight when she first started TIkTok. I watched her cook a gumbo, she started with a pot of boiling water, thats not a gumbo that i want to eat. Fond makes or breaks a dish and her gumbo has none.

I used to work for her. She definitely has a cajun accent, but the videos are exaggerated.

Never tried any of her products.
I have tried Britt's seasoning. Too salty.
Hymel's seasoning is really good. Baw dats good yeah.
I know people give Southern Boys a lot of shite but their bagged pastalaya and jambalaya area really good. Regular seasoning too salty. Slobber Knocker is good though.

One of Gris Gris's and my last conversations was about Hal the Cajun Lady Accent and her gravy making technique. Hal the Cajun Lady knows how to brown meat to make a gravy. Her Creole Zydeco seasoning browns meat like nothing else..
Her accent is definitely not fake. We're from the same area of the world and I know people that talk like dat. Especially after they have a few beers in them and I'm sure she has one or two in her while she's cooking.
She speaks very uneducated and unpretentious Cajun and it doesn't bother me one bit.

Man I don't know who's worse, him or that former state trooper who throws pans and shite everywhere. The only one I actually enjoy watching is KFred on youtube. He seems like a down to earth fella.
