Which is why we also mentioned it will partially blow Trump’s own case out of the water if he was re-elected. He won a battle but likely lost the war.
Are these individual cases able to be litigated? Yes, but the “certainty” at which people are predicting supposed outcomes is laughable when some precedents have been set.
He was the candidate when he was approached by Admiral Rogers
Neither likely matters when you introduce “risk of national security”. That gives the government the full weight to topple foreign entities or destroy Joe Breaux in Houma. FISA being a good example. Also why I find it interesting Trump hasn’t removed this tool. It’s the perfect double-edged sword for any leader. They’re not going to roll back that power once they have used it.
The CIA runs drugs, money, weapons, overthrows countries, and basically does what it wants. There is basically nothing the CIA does that is illegal.

Are they lumping in a sedition charge on top of lying to Congress?

This is the black pill I’ve had for a long time. I don’t see it happening. While things are happening, I don’t think it’s going to be the cataclysmic event people have been predicting.
I’m just explaining what is “out there”. As I said last night, I don’t foresee a future where Comey, Brennan, or Obama ever see a second of jail time. Not only did Trump’s win in the SCOTUS basically guarantee this, I think we all know certain positions within our government are not prosecutable.
The theory is that the timeframe (2022), didn’t end the conspiracy as Mueller’s actions were unlawful and there were continued acrions by conspirators, culminating in the raid that then continues the SOL.
Given everything the last 10-11 years, yes, more than likely.
The theory is, the MAL raid was a mistake and done because of Crossfire Hurricane documents. That is what supposedly extended the SOL and allows them to change the jurisdiction to Florida, thus avoiding DC.

He’s an “entrepreneur”, not an “economist”.
