A stiff drink will cure (or postpone) your hangover much quicker than any type of food will.

All menudo is not the same. I've had some great menudo and some that wasn't edible. Do menudo recipes differ by state in Mexico?

The base is usually the same, but some people prefer calves feet, some prefer pigs feet, some prefer no feets. Also depends on how well the tripe was handled, how long the menudo has been sitting around-only eat menudo on weekends at restaurants, never during the week unless you know for a fact that it was made fresh.

The all time best hangover cure was Exceed Chocolate drinks. Too bad they don't make them anymore.

Port of Call burgers have led to more hangovers that were again cured by more POC hamburgers and monsoons!
