I actually think the small teams benefit later in the day. A lot of the bigger teams sell out early, allowing exposure to smaller teams who still have product later in the day.

Wish I could've made it to Houndmouth. Was just tried of weaving in and out of crowds at that point.

We sold out of every single thing we cooked this year...sales were consistently good all afternoon. Not sure if it was because of the bigger tents selling out earlier, or if it was just because the crowds came out in full force.

We also sold out of everything by about 3pm at a small tent. I think the small tents had a bonus by being right on the asphalt path.
