Never had Clown Shoes before, but i'm a huge fan of dark IPA's. So if they had it, i would have grabbed it.

Oh hell I wasn't calling you out or anything just saying that it feels like a long arse time since DR 11 came out.

It definitely does, especially considering DR 11 came less than 6 months after DR 10.

Yeah, but DR 10 was a pumpkin beer... I think it's a good plan to release something like that at the appropriate time rather than force it.

And as always, when you guys see DR #12 coming out around here, let me know.

It was a one-time first anniversary release though... and they have already put out the second anniversary beer. But yeah, Hoppy Feet 1.5 was fantastic.

Also, i noticed a long row on the shelf that was empty. Not sure what is going there, but when i looked around, i noticed there was no Stone anywhere on display, other than the bombers near the cooler. This could possible be an expansion to their Stone supply or maybe add a few new beers.

Hope they are making room for Brux. I think there are some new Mikkeller's coming as well. Along with some others.

Actually DR 9 was the pumpkin beer released the year before. DR 10 was a barleywine.

The space is right next to the Mikkeller's. I wish they would get Beer Geek Brunch Weasel back. All they have is the BGB Weasel Cognac 10 oz. version for $14.99. I'll pay that price for the 750 mL without the cognac, but not a 10 oz.'r.

Agreed. That's why I haven't tried it. I have no problem paying good money for beer. But give me more than 10 oz.

I heard the space was for new mikkellers. Something about a mikkeller sour which piqued my interest. Hopefully that tiger baby one too. I'd like to try it.

That's a shite load of mikkellers if that entire space is for them. That would be 3 times the amount they currently have, if so.

I wonder where the Stone is, then?

I've been there before when their Stone selection was lacking. There's no telling but I don't think they will put stones in that spot on the shelf.

More TOOL beers More Mikkellers and maybe some Evil Twin?

That's disappointing. There are literally, ZERO stones in Calandro's in 6 packs. The only thing they have now is bombers.

i suspect that is because they kept getting old stuff that was past best by dates. Calandros doesnt want to fool.

Seems they keep all the Stone bombers in the cold section, which bugs me. The IRS is the only one not cold. I think they have a few Stone sixers on the American craft beer shelf behind you. I know I saw Ruination sixers there the other day, along with IPA and Levitation.

Eh, I doubt you'll have people buying DR12 by the case this year. Old ales are tough to get down sometimes.

Don't waste your time bringing back Stone from SD. Bring back some Russian River, Lost Abbey, Alesmith, etc.
