I noticed that, as well. It seems to fresher tasting than any other and it stays that way as far as he exp date. I haven't gotten to an exp date many times, though. I don't know what the difference is, but there's a big one from other skim milk.

I prefer their vanilla to pretty much all of the national brands.
I agree. Something about their vanilla really strikes a chord with my taste buds. So, I also enjoy some of their other flavors that have vanilla as a prominent base.

I'm not a big fan of their ice cream, but their chocolate milk is bee's knees

KP ice cream's doesn't have high fructose corn syrup... They use natural LA cane sugar.

New development? Or since it originated? Because it sure seemed to taste of it that first year it came out, and I seem to remember possibly seeing it on the label then? I forget. And it had that dry powdery/airy taste that Breyers now has since being bought out, in those first two years.
Stanford, I'm pulling for ya'll, will try some soon, love the Kleinpeter milk and creams.

When ice cream first came out, there was HFCS, and it was printed on the first round of containers... but we quickly switched because it reduced the quality of the ice cream.
I'll admit I wasn't a fan of our ice cream when it first came out, but Don has done an outstanding job at perfecting the flavors.
Try the Honey Pecan Vanilla if you get a chance, it's awesome!

Stanford,
I bought a half-gallon last night of the Honey Pecan Vanilla, it's very good, plenty of pecans and La honey, and much more creamy than the original years..much less airy and sandy. All three people that tried it, liked it. The sometimes crystallized texture of the honey is to be expected, as even at room temperature, La honey often has such.
I noticed that the label reads sugar(why not print La cane sugar if using it?), and that corn syrup is the 7th ingredient, and though seeming to taste it slightly, the clearly overwhelming HFCS taste of 2006 and 2007 KP Ice Cream, now long gone.
Gonna try some Strawberry(Ponchatoulas) and some Cafe Au Lait next..to see if they justify the $6.50 Target price for the product line.
