Leftover crawfish boil fixings?

What is your favorite meal to make with the fixings leftover? I just cut the corn off the cob, cut the sausage, and diced potatoes.
Normally I’d make a crawfish pasta if I had any leftover with the fixings after pan searing.
Edit: Just corn, potatoes, and sausage left

I like to make a frittata with the tails
Can of course also make a good soup if you have more than just the crawfish leftover

I put the tails, onions, mushrooms, and sausage in an omelet. I quarter the potatoes and put them in the air fryer and make hash browns

For something different, I like to make corn and potato soup/chowder.

Exactly what I was thinking. Dice up the sausage, cut the corn off the cob, make a nice chowder. Top with some green onions, serve with sourdough bread/butter.

Pommes Anna
Slice potatoes and sausage. Spiral from center of pan. Top with corn and slices butter.
Bake until crispy

Red beans with the leftover sausage is my favorite.

I'll make the potatoes into a hash with a hard crispy sear and corn, sausage and crawfish (who am i kidding, there never sausage left) into an omelet for breakfast next day.
